Screen going blank

5 February 2025 | RESOLVED 

Some users are experiencing a blank screen when they try to access a module. Our team have been notified and we will update you when the issue is resolved. 

Non-executive users have limited access to Meetings

3 February 2025 | RESOLVED - See Release Notes - 3 March 2025)

Currently, only Executive users have full access to the Meetings module. Executive users can add new meetings, assign attendees, add agenda items, minutes, tasks & attachments. Currently, any users added as attendees only have read-only access with limited visibility. Our team is working to resolve and correct the user permissions.

When user permissions are resolved, all users will be able to add a meeting. Executive users will have full permissions across all meetings irrespective of being an attendee. All other users (Senior Client Manager, Production Team, Administration Team and CFO) must be added as an attendee to view the meeting. Once added as an attendee to a meeting, full access is granted.
