Integrated with People profiles, the Team Analysis module gives Executive users an overview of their team, while highlighting key attributes to align team members to their role, support them to develop new skills, and plan career progression.

- Click the pencil icon to update details.
- Role - Current job title.
- Potential Role - Based on natural strengths, talents and interests, this is the role the team member can develop into. Map out of a career path towards a promotion.
- Strengths - List strengths, abilities and traits that the individual has.
- Improvement Areas - List areas for development where training and support is needed.
- Qualifications - If applicable to your industry, list formal qualifications, or certifications the team member holds.
- Click 'Update'.
- The details will sync to the team member's People profile.
- You can also see which team members have completed Align modules, making it easy to identify who is receiving support and collaboration in their career, personal development and overall wellbeing.
