Can we allocate multiple roles to an employee e.g. A Senior Client Manager who is also a Chief Marketing Officer?

Employees are maintained in the People module. The People profile only has a placeholder for the employee's main role however, there is a way to assign multiple roles to individuals. 

You can assign different roles to individuals across each division in the Ideal Teams module. This will also be updated in the Organisation Chart.
