Ideal Income 

Business Value Analysis 

We've enhanced the Business Value Analysis feature within Ideal Income to provide greater flexibility when assessing business value.

Businesses can now set their own valuation multiple within the analysis. Results are automatically recalculated based on the selected multiple, allowing for more tailored valuation scenarios.

Training Modules

Next Training Recommendations

We've improved the way training content is surfaced and tracked to help users stay focused on the most relevant learning opportunities.

The 'Next Training Modules' section now prioritises videos that are:

• Linked to shared projects.
• Connected to related training modules.
   

Activities & Delegation

Create & link tasks directly to meeting agendas

Delegation activities typically need tasks to be done before it's ready to be delegated. Task assignment and meeting preparation now work more seamlessly in activities. Users can now assign tasks to team members while simultaneously linking those tasks to a meeting agenda item. 

Go to Execute > Activities & Delegation

1. In the activity, Click '+ Add task'. 
   
   
    
2. Add a task summary.
3. Assign the task to a team member.
4. Add a due date.
5. Add the task priority. The default is 'Medium'.
6. The default status is 'To Do'.
7. NEW Link a task to a meeting or freedom map coaching step. 
8. Optional: Include instructions or further context in the task description. 
9. Optional: You can include a hyperlink to an online resource or attach an image or document. 
10. Click 'Add'.
    
    
     
11. Click 'Update' to save the task in the activity. 
    
    
     
12. The task is also assigned to the meeting agenda. 
    
    
     

Task Hub

We've improved the visual feedback when dragging and moving tasks within Task Hub.

People

Accessing employee information is now quicker and more intuitive. 

User can now click directly on an employee's name to open their profile.
