Release Notes - 18 September 2025

Ideal Income 

Executive users now have the option to include equity holdings in the Ideal Income calculator. If you add equity holdings, the calculator will compare desired income with equity holdings and determine the minimum income and revenue to make sure all equity partners can work towards the target to achieve individual and collective goals. 

Go to Plan > Lifestyle & Income > Ideal Income

1. Click on 'Plan'.
   
   
    
2. Click on '+ Add plan'.
   
   
    
3. Select the year.
4. Add a title.
5. Switch the active toggle on.
6. Click on 'Add'.  
   
   
    
7. To add a row for each equity partner, click on '+ Add More'. 
8. Add the name, desired income and equity holding of the each partner. 
9. Enter your EBITDA after partner salaries e.g. 25.
10. Enter your target gross profit margin e.g. 60.
11. Add the year you want to achieve your ideal income. 
12. Click on 'Calculate'. 
    
    

Launch Pad Apps

Users now have the ability to pin their favourite apps for quick access. 

Go to System Preferences > Launch Pad Apps

1. Click on the pin icon next to your favourite apps.
   
   
    
2. Your favourites will appear next to the 'More to Explore' button. If you pin more than 5 apps, the apps will be combined to maintain clarity. 
   
   
   

Task Management

A new 'Assigned Tasks' tab has been added to Task Management. Users can assign tasks to team members via 'Assigned Tasks' and easily track the progress of tasks they assigned from Task Management or Meetings. 
 

In 'My Tasks', users will now see who assigned the task to them. Tasks also auto-populate with the name of the assignor and the date the task is created. 

Minor Updates

Wize Blueprint

With the recent release of the Ideal Teams planning tool, we have updated the hyperlink for 'Plan your ideal team'. For firms who previously completed this step (the hyperlink previously pointed to Team Structures), the card has been reset to 'To Do' as a reminder to plan your future Ideal Team. 


 

Scorecards

The Life Scorecard has been renamed to the Wheel of Wize with new topics on freedom, self-development and purpose being added. Existing scorecards will not be impacted. Newly created scorecards will apply the new update.

Ideal Teams

A 'New Hire' avatar is now available. Firm owners can plan their future teams and add a placeholder for a new team member without creating a People profile prematurely.
