Navigation Update

We’ve updated the side menu labels for improved clarity:

• Marketing Results → Marketing Metrics has moved to Measure
• Lead Pipeline and Bookkeeping Quote has moved to Execute
• Policies & Procedures has moved to it's own category; Policies

Bonus System 

We’ve introduced a smarter, more automated bonus distribution process to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort. The calculator now imports the Senior Client Manager and Production Team members directly from the Budget & Capacity plan, detects salaries from People profiles, and automatically applies pro‑rata adjustments for team members who joined the business during the year. Admin members can still be added manually, and users have full flexibility to switch each sub‑group between proportional or manual distribution.
