Limit on staff who can be assigned as the ‘Allocated Client Manager’ on leads

Previously, the dropdown list for the ‘Allocated Client Manager’ displayed all staff rather than team members who are responsible for winning new clients. This impacted reporting in the FAB5 dashboard and the Fees Won & Lost module.

To resolve this, Senior Client Managers and Assistant Client Managers must now be added to both the sales division and a production team to be listed as a Client Manager in the Lead Pipeline. This ensures that only sales staff appear in leads and fees won while reporting is aligned to the relevant production team.

Prompt to add 'fees won' when you win a client

If users convert a lead or prospect to a client via the list view or by editing the card on the Kanban board, users will now be auto-prompted to complete fees won. If users cancel the prompt, or decide to make changes after completing the categories, navigate to Fees Won & Lost to complete the entry. 

Previously, this feature only worked when you dragged a lead or prospect to the clients column in the Kanban board.

Other Updates

View icon opens in a new chrome tab

Users can right click on items that display a view icon to open it in a new chrome tab. Wherever you see the view icon next to a list eg. People, this feature is now enabled.
