Can inactive employees be permanently deleted from People?

In limited circumstances, it is possible to hard delete inactive employees who are not tied to historical data in the WizeHub. If you have added an employee in error, or have old duplicate names that were not added elsewhere in the WizeHub, you can ask our team to hard delete an inactive employee. 

If historical data is tied to an inactive employee, they cannot be hard deleted.

  1. Check that your inactive employee is not tied to historical data in the WizeHub. If you are unsure, review the following modules:
    • Budget & Capacity (current and previous years)
    • Task Management
    • Meetings
    • Lead Pipeline
    • Revenue Won & Lost 
    • Client Portfolio

      NB* You must be an Executive user to view Budget & Capacity plans and all Meetings. Check the User Role Security Matrix for permission levels across each module.
  2. Once you confirm there is no historical data associated with an inactive employee, log a support request in app via Support Centre > Request Support.
  3. Your request will be escalated to our development team to be action.
