Sales KPI

Two new columns, "Revenue Target" and "Variance" have been added to the Sales KPI. Revenue Target auto-populates from ‘New Revenue to be Won’ in the Budget & Capacity plan. 

Alternatively, users can set their own Revenue Target in the dashboard. Click the pencil icon next to the Revenue Target to update your targets. 

Freedom Map Coaching Steps

Freedom Map Project Steps has been renamed to Freedom Map Coaching Steps and relocated to the Freedom Vault for improved discoverability.

Go to Dashboard > Freedom Vault > Freedom Map Coaching Steps

Task Hub

Add Tasks to Freedom Map Coaching Steps 

Users can now link tasks directly to Freedom Map Coaching Steps, enabling task tracking within coaching workflows.

Go to Execute > Task Hub

1. You can assign a task to yourself in 'My Tasks' or to another team member under 'Assigned Tasks'.
   NB* Business Wide Tasks is visible to Executive, Senior Client Manager and CFO users only. 
2. Click '+ Add task'.
   
   
    
3. Complete task details. Select 'Freedom Map Coaching Steps' and link the task to a coaching agenda.
   NB* Freedom Map Coaching Steps is not available for non-Executive users unless permission is granted via Manage Users.  
4. Click 'Add'.
   
   
    
5. The task is now linked to Freedom Map Coaching Step and visible in the coaching agenda.
