Maximise impact by conducting monthly 1-on-1s with your team, creating a dedicated space for meaningful conversations that supports career development, connection and wellbeing. 
 

 

Career Audit 

Rediscover yourself! Turn 25 meaningful achievements into 7 stories that align your career with your purpose.

Go to Align > Career Audit

  1. Reflect on your life from childhood to now and list 25 achievements that have a personal impact on you. 
  2. Prioritise your top 7 achievements. 
  3. Write a meaningful reflection on each achievement.
  4. Analyse your stories and uncover themes, character traits and strengths that weaved into your life over the years. 
  5. Narrow down your strengths. 
  6. Align your career with a role type that is fit for you - Finder, Minder, or Grinder. 

 

Career Wheel

The Career Wheel helps employees identify what’s working and where they need support, enabling more meaningful, satisfying career growth. For businesses, it drives engagement and retention by spotting issues early and fostering a motivated, valued workforce.

Go to Align > Career Wheel

  1. Rate yourself from 1-10 across each dimension in the career wheel.
  2. Write a brief reflection about your score. 
  3. Share your career wheel with your manager.
  4. Meet with your manager to collaborate and set goals together to build a fulfilling career.

 

Energy Audit

Completing an Energy Audit helps you understand how well you’re managing your core sources of energy - like sleep, nutrition, and exercise - so you can perform at your best and avoid burnout. It’s a practical way to spot problem areas early, commit to specific improvements, and keep yourself accountable. Regular energy audits are especially valuable in high-pressure roles, as they help maintain work-life balance and long-term productivity.

Go to Align > Energy Audit

  1. Rate yourself from 1-10 across 5 energy dimensions.
  2. Set a personal priority to increase your score in each area.  
  3. Share your energy audit with your manager or accountability partner to support progress towards overall well-being. 

 

Life Wheel

The Life Wheel gives you a holistic view of how balanced and fulfilled you feel across all areas of your life - not just work. It helps you and your team identify where things are going well and where there might be stress, burnout, or dissatisfaction. 

By regularly checking in with the life wheel, you’re investing in your people’s overall wellbeing, not just their performance at work. This leads to better engagement, loyalty, and a healthier workplace culture.

Go to Align > Life Wheel

  1. Rate yourself from 1-10 across each dimension in the life wheel.
  2. Reflect and record the next step to increase your score. 
  3. Share your life wheel with your manager.
  4. Meet with your manager to collaborate and set personal goals towards a balanced life. 

 

Team Analysis 

Integrated with People profiles, the Team Analysis module gives Executive users an overview of their team, while highlighting key attributes to align team members to their role, support them to develop new skills, and plan career progression.

Go to Align > Team Analysis

NB* This module is available for Executive users.

 

 

Lead Pipeline

Search Leads by State or Country

You can now use the search field to segment leads by state or country. Type the state or country in the search field to isolate leads by region. 

Task Management 

Filter and Sort Tasks 

Task Origin 

Tasks can be assigned to team members directly from Meetings, Activities & Delegations, or Freedom Map Projects Steps. To help team members focus on delegated tasks, a new new filter allows users to segment tasks by task origin. 

Go to Execute > Task Management

  1. Click on 'Filter'.
  2. Select a module in 'Task Origin'. 

 

 

Sort by

Tasks are listed by due date, from oldest to newest by default. Use the filter to sort tasks by due date, created date, or title. Tasks can also be displayed in ascending or descending order. 

  1. Click on 'Filter'.
  2. Select an option in 'Sort by' and 'Select Order'.
