Fees

Update to Variance Analysis

We have expanded the variance analysis tab to include comparative data on fees to help firms identify patterns in billing and budget performance. The insight gained from the variance analysis may highlight trends that can lead to operational improvements in your firm.

The variance analysis reports on:

1. Monthly Budget - Compare the variance between your monthly billing and budget.
2. YTD Budget - Compare the year to date (YTD) variance between your current year cumulative fees and cumulative budget.
3. Monthly Fees v Last Year - Compare the monthly variance between your current year fees and last year.
4. YTD Fees v Last Year - Compare the YTD variance between cumulative fees this year and last year.  

Budget & Capacity

Fee Budget

When you prepare your annual fee budget, you can now choose to add annual fee growth by percentage or dollar amount. 

Minor Updates

Policies & Procedures

We have fixed a bug when downloading attachments in Policies & Procedures. When you download an attachment, the original document title is retained. 

Lead Pipeline

A scroll bar has been added in the Lead Pipeline. The scroll bar will automatically pop up when entries appear beyond your visible screen.
