Lead Sources
The Referral Source field captures where leads are acquired from, such as website enquiries, referrals, advertising campaigns, social media, or other channels. It is recorded in the Lead Pipeline to help businesses understand which sources generate the most leads and contribute to growth. This information can be used to evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify high-performing lead channels, and optimise future marketing efforts.
The Referral Source field in the Lead Pipeline can be updated in System Preferences by Executive, Administration Team or CFO users.
