Freedom Vault

Training Module (NEW)

We have launched a dedicated training hub, bringing together training videos, Wize coaching calls, and event recordings in one centralised location. Training modules will expand on core training in Freedom Map Projects and provide targeted learning for divisions and team member roles.

Over the coming weeks, Wize Vault content and recordings will be progressively migrated into WizeHub.

Go to Dashboard > Freedom Vault > Training Module

Lead Pipeline

New Field - Proposal Sent

Users can now record the date a proposal is sent to leads and prospects. When this field is completed, an icon displaying the proposal date will appear on the Kanban board, making it easier to track progress through the sales pipeline.

Go to Execute > Lead Pipeline

Open a Lead or Prospect, then click 'Actions'.
Select 'Edit details'.
Add a date to 'Proposal Sent'
Click 'Update'

Task Management

Private Tasks

Users can now mark tasks as private, giving greater control over visibility and confidentiality. This is particularly useful for managing sensitive work.

Key features:

Tasks created by individual users can be set to private.
Tasks created in shared areas (Meetings or Activities & Delegation) cannot be made private, as they have shared visibility across modules.

Task Origin Labels

Tasks created from Meetings or Activities & Delegation now include a task origin label on the Kanban board, making it easier to identify where each task originated, while enhancing visibility, accountability, and workflow clarity.

Clicking the label will take users to the original source. Note: Access to the original source is governed by user permissions. If a user does not have visibility of the meeting or delegation, they will not be able to view the original source.

Minor Updates

FAB5 Integration

New teams added in the Budget & Capacity plan will now automatically sync with FAB5 schedules, ensuring alignment without manual updates.
