Fees Won & Lost

We have improved the data entry flow when adding fees for new clients or lost clients in the Fees Won & Lost module. 

There are two options:

  1. Add a client and associated annual fees from the Lead Pipeline; or 
  2. Add a client and associated annual fees manually.

When the client is added, the main tasks include:

  1. Confirming the annual fees and date the fees are won or lost;
  2. Assigning the annual fee across the relevant divisions. 
  3. Answer brief questions to auto-assign annual fees to the correct financial year(s).
