### **Growth Plan** 

#### ***New Design***

The Growth Plan input experience has been reorganised into a logical, sequential 5-step wizard to guide users smoothly through their planning assumptions:

-   **Step 1 – Revenue & EBITDA:** Establish baseline financials with updated tooltips.
-   **Step 2 – Loans:** Record business related debt obligations. 
-   **Step 3 – Rates & Multiples:** Set profit distribution, tax rates, EBITDA valuation multiples, and lending multiples.
-   **Step 4 – Teams & Growth:** Plan year-on-year growth rates and number of teams.
-   **Step 5 – Mergers & Acquisitions:** Model planned business purchases and funding.

All steps now include refined tooltips, clearer field labels, and context-aware guidance.

#### ***EBITDA Valuation & Debt Modelling***

Other updates include:

-   **EBITDA Business Valuation:** Implemented an updated business valuation calculation using an EBITDA multiple. 
-   **Additional Debt Obligations ("Other Loan"):** Added support to track secondary business debt (such as unit holder loans or equipment finance) alongside a primary business loan. 
-   **Refined Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR):** Adjusted the LVR calculation and loan repayment estimators to accurately reflect debt balance against business valuation.

### **Tasks in Meetings**

Completed tasks are now hidden from view accompanied with a checkbox to ‘show completed/cancelled tasks’ in Meeting Agendas, Freedom Map Coaching Steps, and Freedom Map Projects.
