# Can we allocate multiple roles to an employee e.g. A Senior Client Manager who is also a Chief Marketing Officer?

Employees are maintained in the **People** module. The **People** profile only has a placeholder for the employee's main role however, there is a way to assign multiple roles to individuals. 

You can assign different roles to individuals across each division in the [Ideal Teams](https://knowledge.wizehub.co/en/article/ideal-teams) module. This will also be updated in the [Organisation Chart](https://knowledge.wizehub.co/en/article/organisation-chart).
